"Carrying forward a 45-year family promise to Capiz."
In 1981, my father, Tony V. Selda, opened Wesfardell on Magallanes Street, Roxas City. At a time when Betamax tapes could only be sourced from Manila, we brought world-class entertainment directly to Roxasnon living rooms.
He gave the company a name forged from his first three children: Wesley, Farrah, and Wrandell. When your father puts your actual names on every service truck and storefront in your hometown, you quickly learn that customer service isn't a company policy, it's personal.
From physical tapes to community antenna rebroadcasting to independent fiber, Wesfardell has led every technology transition that Roxas City required. Competitors have come and gone. Some have changed ownership and management multiple times over. We are still here, resolute and rooted in Capiz.
We could have taken the easy road: become a retail franchise or resell bandwidth from a national conglomerate. We refused. We built our own network instead.
Today, Wesfardell Connect operates its own independent fiber network and autonomous routing infrastructure across Capiz. Our office, our crews, and our network operations center are all right here on Lapu-Lapu Street. When you call us, you speak to someone who actually lives in our city.
